Anderson & Rodgers prides ourselves on providing an in-house Design Department. Our goal is to create a space that is not only beautiful, but functional. Having designers on staff that have an eye for details and experience in space planning and design allows us to do just that. We offer this service to make the construction process as seamless as possible, for us and for you.
Our lead designer, Shana, is dedicated to creating an innovative and cohesive design that works specifically for your needs and lifestyle. She works with clients personally to gain an understanding of your vision and create detailed plans for your project.
Shana not only helps our clients through the pre-planning process, but is also involved through the duration of the project working hand-in-hand with the estimators and job supervisors. She works in the field with our installers to implement the final design and ensure quality control through the construction phase. Having our designers on-site helps to manage the client's expectations and streamline communication with the project manager as well as our sub-contractors.
Our design process is essential to the construction process and helps us to work within our projected timelines and avoid costly or unexpected changes. Refining the design prior to construction ensures your vision becomes a reality, and it allows us to run each project more efficiently, giving you peace of mind.
