We have several design packages to choose from to fit the needs of our clients when it comes to proposing a good building plan. Our Base Package includes design consultations, customized checklists, floor plan, cabinet and tile layout, electrical and lighting plans, as well as a final list of selected materials. If you need a little more help, our in-house interior designers are happy to assist in material selections and meetings with our local vendors for your project. We also offer a 3D Design Tour, perfect for clients who want to see the plan and its materials they have selected in a 3D modeling of their project. We are proud to work closely with many local architects to develop the plans and structural details for your new home. Once the plans and design for your new home have been completed, the team at Anderson & Rodgers will present a proposal that reflects the scope and total costs of the project.

Our process doesn’t end with the signed contract. Your site supervisor will meet with you throughout the scope of your project as your good house plans become real construction. We will complete walk-throughs, inspections, and a final walkthrough so that the homeowner is satisfied with the end construction up until move-in and beyond.
